Gas Range with Convection

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Gas leak detector solution
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe thread sealant

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near gas and electrical connections with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and oven racks from the oven cavity.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to natural gas or LP gas supply using approved flexible connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  5. Anti-tip Bracket: Install and secure the anti-tip bracket to the floor or wall according to instructions.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Gas Leak Test: Test all gas connections with leak detector solution. Bubbles indicate leaks that must be corrected.
  8. Test Operation: Test all burners and oven functions to ensure proper operation before use.
