Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location away from heat sources and direct sunlight on a solid, level floor.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials and protective films from the refrigerator.
- Level the Refrigerator: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the refrigerator is level from front to back and side to side.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 115V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
- Clearance Requirements: Ensure proper air circulation with at least 1-inch clearance on sides and back, 2-inch clearance at top.
- Initial Setup: Allow the refrigerator to stand upright for 4 hours before plugging in to allow compressor oil to settle.
- Temperature Settings: Set refrigerator temperature to 37°F (3°C) and freezer to 0°F (-18°C) for optimal performance.
