30-inch Electric Range

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench
  • Gas leak detector solution (for gas models)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance from combustible materials and adequate ventilation.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet. For gas models, connect to 120V outlet.
  4. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved connectors. Check for leaks with detector solution.
  5. Position the Range: Carefully slide the range into position, ensuring it's level with adjacent cabinets.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Anti-Tip Bracket: Install and verify anti-tip bracket is properly engaged to prevent tipping.
  8. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven functions, and controls to ensure proper operation.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage. Gas connections must be checked for leaks.

Troubleshooting
